Per my conversation earlier with you and your colleague, our company is looking for a business development firm that will assist with our hopeful expansion into France.
Our company is a pre-clinical non-GLP Contract Research Organization which specializes in Oncology, Inflammation, and Immunology (biotech services). We have around 300 clients worldwide and already have some clients in France but we would like to increase that.
The following are the proposed actions we would desire:
- To source biotechnology companies operating in France, and fully catalogue their contact/operational details and our actions
- To determine the appropriate business development contact (biology/drug discovery) with which to send our marketing pack with a cover letter. The companies the business development team are to contact will be agreed upon before hand
- To follow up once the marketing pack has been received; arrange for meetings with the our team
- To contact between 20-30 such companies per month
- The goal being to raise the company’s profile in France and to source out new business opportunities, while building a comprehensive database
